What is the standard shipping time for orders?

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental US.

Do you offer a warranty on climbing and gym equipment?

Yes, all our hardware and technical gear come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Please note that normal wear and tear from regular use is not covered.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused apparel and footwear in their original packaging. For safety reasons, load-bearing climbing equipment cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

How do I track my delivery?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.

What payment methods do you accept?
